Do You Have Time?, Wednesday, April 21, 2010

Reading: Ephesians 5:15-17, 15Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, 16making the most of your time, because the days are evil. 17So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. (NASB)

With how busy our world is, we certainly do find plenty of time to waste. I’m sure all of us have had a time when we have heard or said, “You’ve been working on this for THAT long and that’s all you got done?” Can you imagine standing before God someday? Would He look at you and say, “You had a WHOLE lifetime and that’s all you got done for me?” Let’s just focus on today, though, instead of placing the burden of your whole lifetime on your shoulders. What will you decide to spend your time on today?
